The only problem with the definition of knowledge
management is that it does not provide a very clear idea
of the range of organisational issues that need to be
addressed if you want to pursue knowledge management
systematically in your organisation. Here is a 10 point
checklist that sets outs the full range of the issues
that need to be addressed. We have devised this
checklist by drawing on our past experience, our
dealings with clients, discussions with academics, and
the literature available. For each point we have listed
some of the tools that can be applied.
